Global Digital Change Manager

We are now searching for a Global Digital Change Manager. You will be responsible for driving digital transformative change within Läkarmissionen/LM International as a global foundation by developing, implementing and maintaining strategies as they relate to LM´s International´s global information technology structure.

We are now searching for a Global Digital Change Manager. You will be responsible for driving digital transformative change within Läkarmissionen/LM International as a global foundation by developing, implementing and maintaining strategies as they relate to LM´s International´s global information technology structure. The position is crucial to optimise our business processes and organisational structure to improve business efficiency, efficient workflow and service delivery. Proactively contribute to the fulfilment of LM International vision and mission, particularly regarding all matters related to the management of the digital information and communication systems. You will be working from our Head Office in Stockholm (Vällingby).

Main areas of responsibilities:

The Global Digital Change Manager shall support the business needs of LM International from technical and organisational standpoints through coordinating and managing the Information and Communication Technology function, including in particular:

Assesment

  • Collaborate with management to evaluate and analyse current technology status and digital systems in place.
  • Conduct and maintain ongoing assessment of organisation´s existing technology and unmet needs (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks Cloud, Charity CRM system, Webforum Nova Project System, Telavox).

Planning

  • Collaborate with current staff to develop and maintain cost-efficient short-, medium- and long-term plan to address identified needs, ensure efficient workflow and give voice to local stakeholders.

Trainings and Communications

  • Develop and maintain leadership, management, and line staff buy-in to the digital and technology plan.
  • Create communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy and projects.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to managers and project teams.
  • Ensure projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.

Operations

  • Project manage or, where appropriate, work in support of other project managers of technology implementation projects.
  • Coordinate with existing technology and digital staff and partners to address ongoing technology support needs.
  • Define and implement plan for technology-based professional development for all staff.
  • Implement business processes, systems, and technology to improve efficiency and service delivery and streamline processes.

Finance

  • Support Administrative Manager and other technology staff in developing and managing technology budget.
  • Consult with management to design and execute strategies and plans to reduce expenses, increase revenue, and maximize efficiency.

Security

  • Identify and address technology security issues on ongoing basis.

 

To qualify for the position, we think that you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant area
  • At least five years of related experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills (demonstrated experience communicating complex technology concepts to non-technical persons strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Basic understanding of Swedish a plus
  • Experience in finance management a major plus
  • Experience working in international development a major plus
  • Experience of change management a major plus
